Capabilities

What we build

Six kinds of system, one engineering standard. Each is something we have shipped and still run.

Payment gateways

Deposits and withdrawals across bank, e-wallet and card rails. Routing, retries and fallbacks per rail. Settlement files and a daily reconciliation that ties out to the cent. Merchant and operator dashboards on the same figures.

High-throughput transaction systems

Idempotent writes and exactly-once processing. Queues with backpressure; hot paths kept off the database. Load-tested to 2,500 transactions a second and designed to slow down predictably rather than fail.

Core banking and ledgers

Double-entry ledgers with an immutable journal. Accounts, balances, holds, limits and fees. Statements, period locks and audit trails that satisfy finance and regulators alike.

AI systems

Document and transaction intelligence: reading receipts and statements, matching payments, flagging anomalies. Support and operations agents grounded in your own data, with a human signing off wherever money moves.

Automation

Scheduled jobs, approvals and alerts that replace spreadsheets and chat threads. Every run is logged and every change has a name on it.

Telegram bots

Customer and operator bots with role-based commands: balances, payouts, approvals, reports and incident alerts. They call the same APIs as the dashboards, so the numbers agree.

Work

Systems in production

Five builds, described without client names. Each one is live and runs the business it was made for.

01

Payment gateway platform

For a group of high-volume consumer operators moving deposits and withdrawals across several bank and e-wallet rails.

What we built
Gateway integrations with per-rail routing and fallbacks, a transaction ledger with idempotent writes, daily settlement and reconciliation, and operator dashboards.
Now
Over 500,000,000 transactions processed. Peaks handled at 2,500 a second. A daily close that ties out to the cent.

02

Multi-company accounting and treasury

A group with several operating companies, dozens of sites and multiple payment gateways needed one view of its money.

What we built
Daily P&L per company down to site and gateway, double-entry ledgers and balance sheets, partner ledgers and settlements, period locks, and a read-only API for downstream tools.
Now
Finance closes each month from one system. Partners are settled from the same figures the books show. 99.99% uptime.

03

Operations bots and automation

Approvals, payout confirmations and end-of-day reports lived in chat threads and spreadsheets.

What we built
Telegram bots for approvals, payout confirmations, balance checks and alerts, with role-based commands and an audit log. Scheduled jobs took over the manual end-of-day work.
Now
The day closes without anyone copying numbers between systems. Every action has a name and a timestamp.

04

AI document and transaction intelligence

Receipts, bank statements and payment confirmations arrived as images and PDFs and were matched by hand.

What we built
An extraction and matching pipeline: model-assisted reading of documents, confidence thresholds, human review for anything uncertain, and anomaly flags on amounts and timing.
Now
Most documents match without a human. The exceptions reach a reviewer with the evidence attached.

05

Wallet and core banking ledger

A consumer wallet needed accounts, limits and statements that would stand up to an audit.

What we built
A double-entry wallet ledger with holds and limits, KYC states that gate what an account may do, statements and exports, and an operator back office.
Now
Every balance is provable from the journal. Limits are enforced in the ledger, not in the app.

Approach

How we work

Three stages. A fixed price for the build, a retained team for the years after.

  1. 01 · Discover

    Two weeks

We map the flows, the data and the failure cases with your team, then hand back a written specification and a fixed price.

  2. 02 · Build

    Weekly releases

Into your environment or ours, with tests, migrations and runbooks from the first week. You see working software, not slides.

  3. 03 · Run

    As a retained team

Monitoring, on-call, upgrades and the next features. The people who built the system keep running it.

Standards

How the systems are built

The same rules on every project, whether it moves money or messages.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest

TLS everywhere, managed keys, secrets never in code or chat.

  • Least-privilege access

Roles per person and per service, reviewed, with every login on record.

  • Full audit trails

Who changed what, when and from what, on every record that matters.

  • Idempotent APIs

Retries are safe and duplicates impossible; a payment happens once or not at all.

  • Observability and alerting

Metrics, logs and traces on every service, with someone paged when they say so.

  • Recovery tested, not assumed

Backups restored on a schedule, failover rehearsed, runbooks kept current.

  • Data kept where you say

Your region, your cloud account if you prefer, your export at any time.

Industries

Where the systems run

Payments

Gateways, payouts, settlement and reconciliation for processors and merchants.

Banking

Ledgers, wallets, limits and statements for banks and licensed fintechs.

Gaming and entertainment

High-volume deposits and withdrawals, site-level P&L, partner settlements.

Commerce

Checkout, invoicing, receipt matching and the bots that keep operations moving.
